Invented Caribbean Pumpkin/Allspice Bread – Butternut Squash, Pecans, Raisins, Brown Sugar, Alspice, Ginger. Pretty good for breakfast this morning.

Not sure it should be called bread. Looks pretty good for fruit cake though.
Hey Charles – definitions is a difficult and dangerous subject. I don’t make cake so it can’t be cake.
Cakes usually use softer flours, aren’t yeasted and gluten development is avoided – the opposite of this.
Pretty good breakfast though and not bad with cheese.
