On 24 February 2022 Russia launched an invasion of Ukraine. Most days since then I have been in contact with Maryna, a baker in the capital Kyiv. (16 March as I write)
In a small attempt to show support and solidarity with Maryna and Ukraine I’ve been collecting and adapting Ukrainian bread recipes. This is as far as I’ve got:

Paska – Ukrainian Easter Bread
Don’t even dare to look at the photographs without contributing to a Ukrainian aid fund …
