Bread Tasting

All roads lead to Bethesda as the Druids used to say. They were all pretty good – we particularly like the sprouted grain loaf in the panibois (even if it did contain a bit of yeast – spit, spit), but I thought my pugliese, danish peasant bread and simple danish rye held up pretty well.

Be seeing Rick again next weekend at Trefriw
