Flying Start to 2020

A minimum of publicity before Christmas has brought me seven courses to arrange in the next few weeks for lucky people given course vouchers by partners and family.

Done one already this week, another starting in two days – how am I going to fit in my self-assessment tax returns in time?

With the exception of the Cherry Tomato Focaccia, what you see in the photo are just practice breads – various rolls – dinner, knots, turbans, rustic – baguettes, pide, a braid. The main event is a variety of large loaves – Pain de Campagne, Classic Sourdough, Five Seed with Spelt, Black Olive. After a pizza lunch the whole lot gets bagged-up for the lucky participant to take home together with sourdough starter and a box of pizza dough for later in the week.
