I think I’ve posted this photo before – one of our faithful customers Carys’ picture of baking at the family farm near Bala in the 50s – with the little lamb at the front and the Live Chicks boxes at the back – a true Environmental Health Officers nightmare.
Well, I honestly am very close to publishing my Microbakery book so I had my dear friend John Butler restore it it to it’s former glory:
Like me John has “retired” only to set up a very successful photo restoration company, Photovalet that I can highly recommend. He also rescued a totally battered photo of my father during his RAF days in the Second World War for the tenth anniversary of his death:
That’s him om the right. It made my Mom very happy.
