Two breads this week:
Developed several years ago for our American customers, a very special bread blending white and wholemeal wheat flours with rye and stuffed with pecans and cranberries soaked in bourbon whiskey, orange juice and zest. Enhanced by being baked in Panibois wooden baking boxes.
Must have orders for Thanksgiving Bread by Monday 10.00 a.m. because of the cost of the ingredients
Usual Thursday bake. Collection on Thursday 5.00-7.00 p.m.
